There is nothing like going outside,

sitting under a tree and just enjoying all that nature has to offer.

I Love Art

Although I wasn't blessed with the gift of creating anything artistic. I have always loved the beauty in art.

I created this blog mainly for myself and those like me

who battle with depression and anxieties.

I created this blog to keep me focused on something other than my "disability"

When I look at a piece I try to figure out the story behind it (as I see it).

A piece can remind me of an event from my past, a family member, a friend, a poem or whatever. I will express it all here. I just hope I don't upset any of the artist.

Mental illness can take you to a dark place. But the art I feature here takes me to a happy place.
